Delete your Severo account

You can request deletion of your Severo account and associated app data using the steps below.
How to request deletion
When account deletion is available in your app version, use:
- Open Severo.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Privacy and data.
- Choose the account deletion option and follow the prompts.
You can also request deletion by email:
Include the email address used for your Severo account so we can locate it.
What is deleted
When your request is verified, account deletion deletes app-owned active account data associated with your Severo account when the backend deletion flow is configured and succeeds. This can include account profile data, app preferences, nutrition and hydration records, workout records, and other app-owned records connected to that account.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained when reasonably needed for security, legal, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backup integrity, privacy-request records, or support operations. Processor-held analytics, diagnostics, website, support, and hosting records may follow provider retention and deletion processes.
Timing
We review deletion requests after verifying account context. App-owned active account data is deleted when the backend deletion flow is configured and succeeds. Backup copies and retained records may expire or be handled on separate schedules.
