Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Severo. Severo is provided by Renan Bredariol. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms.

Using Severo

Severo is intended for adults 18 years or older. You may use Severo for personal fitness planning, nutrition and hydration tracking, workout tracking, progress review, and account management.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Fitness and health information

Severo provides fitness organization and tracking tools. Severo is not a medical device, medical service, emergency service, clinician, dietitian, or substitute for professional advice.

Do not use Severo to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consider your health, environment, and ability before exercising. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain, or other unsafe symptoms, and seek professional help when needed.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and promptly contacting Severo if you believe your account has been compromised.

The current public Terms do not promise Google Sign-In availability. Store submission materials must verify the exact authentication methods visible in the submitted build before upload.

Your content and data

You remain responsible for the information you enter into Severo. You allow Severo to process that information as needed to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the app and website as described in the Privacy Policy.

You should not upload or enter information that you do not have the right to use.

Privacy, export, and deletion

The Privacy Policy explains how Severo handles personal data. You can request account deletion in the app when available, through the public Account deletion page, or by emailing support@severofit.app.

Deletion applies to app-owned active account data when the backend deletion flow is configured and succeeds. Limited records may be retained when reasonably needed for security, legal, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backup integrity, privacy-request records, or support operations.

Payments

The current public Severo release does not describe paid features, subscriptions, trials, renewals, refunds, in-app purchases, or premium entitlements. If paid features are added later, Severo must update the Terms, Privacy Policy, store metadata, and purchase disclosures before launch.

Availability and service limits

Severo may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or website. Severo is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
